Trade Information
Everything you need to know about ordering our handmade stoneware for hospitality and retail, from minimum quantities and lead times to finishes, specifications and bespoke options.
Our minimum order is 10 pieces per design. This allows us to produce efficiently while maintaining the quality and consistency of our handmade ceramics.
Standard production is typically 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Lead times can vary depending on the size and complexity of an order, so we'll confirm timings when you enquire.
Our standard specification uses Red Stoneware Clay with a Vintage White Glaze. The finish features an exposed stoneware base, celebrating the natural character of the clay and the handmade nature of each piece.
Yes. Every piece is handmade in South Wales using high-fired stoneware and is food safe, dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Our ceramics are designed to perform in busy commercial hospitality environments while retaining the character of handmade craftsmanship.
